Operation dashboards present a weekly view of specified KPIs in charts and bar or line graphs in the Operation View feature. Multiple dashboards can be configured in Dayforce, and users can select from a list to view the corresponding KPI data:
In the example above, the user selected the Sales & Wage % dashboard for the Store 013 location. Dayforce shows a variety of KPIs, including Sales, Hours, and Labor Cost, and some calculated values in a graph using both bar and line formats.
You configure operation dashboards in Plan Setup > Operation Dashboards. To create a dashboard:
- Click Add.
- Enter a name and description for the dashboard.
- (Optional) Configure the Sort Order of the dashboard. With a value of 1, Dayforce places the dashboard at the top of the list, while 2 is above 3. To configure a dashboard to show at the bottom of the list, enter 999.
- Click Save.
