Contract Scheduling Alert

This background job controls the Contract Scheduling notification and checks if any employees have been scheduled outside of their work pattern or contract hours. See Contract Scheduling.

Contract Scheduling Alert job settings

Setting	Description
Number of Weeks from Today	The number of weeks into the future that the job looks for employees scheduled outside their work pattern or contract hours. For example, if you enter 3, Dayforce examines the schedule for the next three weeks.
Include Unpaid Meal/Breaks	Include scheduled unpaid meals and breaks in the shift length used to compare hours to the work pattern for fixed hours to send the alert.
Site	Limit the background job to the selected locations.
