This qualifier is used to specify which employment statuses are eligible for base rate increases. See Base Rate Employee Qualifier.
To configure the Base Rate Employee Qualifier:
- Go to Pay Setup > Base Rate Set. The Base Rate Policy tab is selected by default.
- Select a base rate policy. A slide-out panel opens.
- In the Rules Configuration section, select a rule.
- Click the add icon (
) and then click Qualifier.
- Enter a name and, optionally, a description of the qualifier.
- In the Type drop-down list, click Base Rate Employee Qualifier.
- In the Include employment statuses and Exclude employment statuses settings, select which employment statuses are eligible or ineligible for the base rate increase.
- Click Save.
