Configure the Balances

Three balances are required for this functionality: one for previous vacation, one for current vacation, and one for total vacation (that is, the total of the previous and current year’s balances).

In Pay Setup > Balances in the Balances tab, add these three balances, entering a name, description, and balance unit for each one.
