The Average Rate to Premiums at Week End Rule can be configured to apply the piece rate calculated by the Piece Rate Rule to the premium calculated by the Premium Rule.

To configure the rule:
- Go to Pay Setup > Pay Policy.
- Add an instance of the Average Rate to Premiums at Week End Rule to the appropriate pay policy.
- Define the settings as follows:
- Pay codes eligible for calculations: Select the pay codes associated with work that should be included in the rule calculations.
- Pay codes eligible for duration: Select the pay codes associated with work that should be included when determining the duration of time worked.
- Target pay code: overtime and Target pay category: overtime: Select the pay code and category associated with rest and recovery periods. Work details with both the pay code and category have their rate changed by the rule.
- Overtime rate multiplier: Define the rate that is applied to eligible work details.
- Click Save.
