Violations are used to record when an employee has breached the organization’s attendance policy. See Violations.
Violations occur when an employee’s record reaches specific grades, based on the points recorded against their attendance record. If you want violations that result in multiple different actions (for example, verbal warning, written warning, second written warning, or termination), you need to define multiple violations.
To configure violations:
- Go to Pay Setup > Attendance and click the Violation tab.
- Click Add.
- Enter a name and, optionally, a description of the violation.
- Click Save.
