Each productivity value Dayforce tracks needs to be measured in an identified unit (for example, sales, number of covers, or windshields installed per hour). You can configure units to measure productivity values in Plan Setup > Units.
To configure units for performance-based scheduling:
- Go to Plan Setup > Units and click Add.
- Enter a name for the unit.
- (Optional) Select an option in the Type drop-down list. To create a performance-based scheduling unit, click Labor.
- (Optional) Select the Is Labor Unit checkbox.
- Click Save.
As part of the configuration process, you need to create at least one unit to assign to a labor measure.
