In System Admin > Roles in the Features tab, you can configure how Dayforce shows time away and schedule information for employees in Work > Calendar. The Work > Calendar role feature has a parameters configuration icon () that you can click to access the Schedule Display setting that controls this functionality. The Schedule Display drop-down list contains two options:
- Schedules and TAFW: Dayforce combines schedule and TAFW hours (if available), even if they overlap:
-
- This option is the default selection.
- Only Productive Portion of Schedules: Dayforce shows hours only for the productive portion of the employee’s day (that is, the hours that they need to work):
-
- Dayforce shows the hours this way only if the TAFW is included in the Schedules feature as a non-productive shift.
For more information about this role feature, see Work.
