Configure Notification Subscriptions by User Role

To subscribe one or more user roles to a notification:

1. Go to System Admin > System Notifications.
2. In the Subscriptions tab, select a notification.
3. In the Subscribed Roles section, click Add.
4. In the Add Role to Subscription List dialog box, select the checkbox next to each role that you want to subscribe. Use the Search by role or description field to find specific user roles.
5. Click Save.

Dayforce sends the notification to every user with the subscribed role. If you don’t want to send the notification to some users with the subscribed roles, you can add them to the list of excluded users. See Exclude Users from Subscriptions.
