EEO-4 filing reports include employees only if they have an EEO-4 job function assigned to their primary job in Dayforce. Dayforce informs you of employees who are missing job functions in the EEO-4 Employee Data Report. See Generate the EEO-4 Employee Data Report.
Job function is defined in the Additional Job Details section of job assignments in the Jobs and Job Assignments tab of Org Setup > Jobs and Job Assignments by selecting an option in the EEO-4 Job Function drop-down list.
