Configure Job Categories

California pay data reports only include employees if they have a job category assigned to their primary job in Dayforce. Dayforce informs you of missing job categories in HR Admin > Compliance Reporting > EEO.

Job category is defined in the Additional Job Details section of jobs in the Jobs and Job Assignments tab of Org Setup > Jobs and Job Assignments by selecting an option in the EEO-1 Job Category drop-down list:
