Configure Improved Candidate Experience

Use the New Career Experience for Candidates property in Recruiting Setup > Client Properties to move your organization to the improved candidate experience.

Important: After you enable this property, you can’t switch back.

This improved experience benefits all candidates:

  • External candidates using your client career sites
  • Internal candidates using the Careers feature in Dayforce

This new candidate experience adds the following new features to client career sites:

  • It offers a refreshed look and feel, with mobile-friendly and accessible user interfaces.
  • Candidates can apply without an account. If they create an account, they can access profiles, recommended jobs, saved jobs, jobs they’ve applied for, and saved searches.
  • Candidates use one Dayforce Identity (DFID) account across any Dayforce customer career sites that are marked “Powered by Dayforce.” DFID accounts add extra layers of security, including security questions and multi-factor authentication (MFA).

After you enable the client property, external candidates are required to re-register when they next sign in. When they do, their previous data is migrated.
