Configure Disclaimers for Co-Pilot

In Dayforce Co-Pilot Admin, in the Disclaimers tab, administrators can customize the legal disclaimer for Co-Pilot. By default, Co-Pilot shows a generic disclaimer telling employees that responses might not be specific to their terms of employment, and advising them to refer to company policies or their contract to confirm the response. You can customize the disclaimer and add links to relevant resources.

Role feature access: Dayforce Co-Pilot Admin

You can localize the disclaimer for each culture that is enabled in your Dayforce environment. The list of disclaimers shows you which culture is the default for your organization. If an employee is using Dayforce in a culture that doesn’t have a disclaimer configured, they see the disclaimer for the default culture. The default culture is configured in Site Setup > Client, in the Cultures tab.

A good disclaimer clearly states what Co-Pilot can and can’t do, recommends that users verify important information, and provides links for these details. For example, “Content might not be specific to your terms of employment. Confirm by checking your company's policies or applicable contracts.” If you don't customize the disclaimer, Co-Pilot shows a generic disclaimer by default.
