 Configure Client Name in Letter Notifications

You can configure the organization name that is displayed in the body of the Message Center and email notifications that users receive when they are sent a letter. You can edit this name in the Name field of the Properties tab in Site Setup > Client.

In this example from the Message Center notification, the organization name is Company XYZ:
