Before users can log in to the Dayforce mobile app, you must configure the login method:
- The default login method requires the user's Dayforce login details: a user name or verified email address, and a password.
You can also enable multifactor authentication (MFA) with the default login method, which requires users to also set up a secondary authentication method involving either text message, voice call, or the Authy authentication app. See Multifactor Authentication. - The single sign-on (SSO) login method requires the organization's network login credentials.
- The mobile app doesn't have built-in support for Face ID or Touch ID. However, if your device has a password manager enabled, it might prompt you to save your login information. Once saved, you can use Face ID, Touch ID, PIN, or pattern login methods to autofill your password when logging in.
