This section describes how to use the Competency Setup feature of Performance Setup. The Competency Setup feature is split into the following three tabs, each of which is typically only enabled for administrators:
- Competency Configuration: This is where you define how competency ratings are displayed and who receives email notifications when an action occurs on a competency.
- Competencies: This is where you build and manage a library of competencies that your organization uses to manage performance.
- Competency Categories: This is where you build and manage a list of categories that you and other administrators can map to competencies. This is similar to goal categories in goal management.
