Enables Centralized Schedules, where you can load multiple locations, departments, and projects on a single screen and schedule employees across your organization simultaneously.
Before You Begin: Access to some functionality in Centralized Schedules is controlled by equivalent role features under Schedules in System Admin > Roles in the Features tab. See Additional Role Features.
Centralized Schedules Subfeatures
Import ProtoSchedule: Enables Import from ProtoSchedule in the Generate drop-down list.
Multi Week: Enables the weekly view, which shows up to four weeks of schedules at once.
Save as ProtoSchedule: Enables the Save as ProtoSchedule button in the toolstrip. ProtoSchedules are reusable templates that you can use to build schedules.
