Centralized Schedules



Enables Centralized Schedules, where you can load multiple locations, departments, and projects on a single screen and schedule employees across your organization simultaneously.

Before You Begin: Access to some functionality in Centralized Schedules is controlled by equivalent role features under Schedules in System Admin > Roles in the Features tab. See Additional Role Features.

Centralized Schedules Subfeatures

Import ProtoSchedule: Enables Import from ProtoSchedule in the Generate drop-down list.

Multi Week: Enables the weekly view, which shows up to four weeks of schedules at once.

Rows Without Shifts: Enables the ability to control whether Dayforce shows employees without shifts in location groupings. When this role feature is enabled, users can hover their cursor over the location grouping cell until Dayforce shows an add icon (). When users click the icon, the application opens the Rows Without Shifts panel where they can select which employee rows to show by default, even if the employees have no shifts.

Save as ProtoSchedule: Enables the Save as ProtoSchedule button in the toolstrip. ProtoSchedules are reusable templates that you can use to build schedules.
