Billing and Support

The Dayforce Billing and Support Information properties deal with billing and support details for US and Canadian clients.

Important: This tab is accessible only if you are logged in as a Service role. Typically restricted to Dayforce support and services personnel, a Service role must be configured through Dayforce's database to access and modify the data in the Billing and Support tab.

Oracle ID

The identification number for US Oracle clients.

Oracle Contract Number

The contract number for US Oracle clients.

Billing ID Canada

The billing identifier for Canadian clients.

Netsuite ID

The identifier for Canadian Netsuite clients.

Support Team

Defines the way in which calls, emails, and support tickets are routed across multiple Dayforce support teams.
