To enable Dayforce Benefits, each user role must be configured with the appropriate role features. In addition, benefits administrators and managers, or other users who need to view, edit, or delete employee benefit information, must be assigned access.
Additionally, several workflow forms support the benefits features. These forms should be assigned to People or Benefits. See Appendix: Benefits Forms in the Benefits Administration Guide.
To use workflow forms, Dayforce must be configured to use the Dayforce HR Self Service features used to document, enforce, and automate business processes. See Workflow Administration Configuration.
