Informs users when a Qualified Medical Child Support Order (QMCSO) is initiated or terminated for a dependent. The employee subject to the QMCSO always receives these notifications, in addition to any configured roles or users. All recipients which include employees and subscribed roles receive the notification in Message Center. Employees also receive email notifications if alerts are enabled.
