This background job consolidates the Batch Forecast, KPI Synchronization, and Batch Plan Publish background jobs, allowing you to run all three at once.
Setting | Description |

Site | The site that the task runs forecasts and publishes plans for. |
Name | Enter a descriptive name for the forecast or plan. |
Offset Start (Periods) | The period for which the forecast is run and for which the task publishes plans. For example, enter 1 and the forecast is run for the next period and plans are published for the next period. Enter 4 and the forecast is run starting four periods after the current period and plans are published for the four periods after the current period. The task also supports offset starts of zero and negative numbers. With the field set to 0, Dayforce begins forecasting and publishing from the current period. Entering a negative number starts the forecast in the past. For example, enter -1 to begin the forecast one period before the current period. |
Length (Periods) | The number of periods to include in the forecast and the number of periods the task should publish plans for; for example, enter 4 and the forecast is run for four periods and the plans are published for four periods. |
Send Notification | Send the Batch Forecast Completion notification and the Batch Plan Publish Completion notification to subscribed users when the task completes successfully. |
Skip Forecast If Exists | Skip forecasting for periods that already have forecast data. |
Run Kpi Sync After | Select this checkbox and Dayforce automatically runs the KPI Synchronization task after starting to run this task. |
Publish Sales Statistics | If your organization is configured to use sales statistics, select this checkbox and Dayforce publishes sales statistics so that managers (or other authorized users) can view them when using the Bar View in Schedules. |
Skip Initialization If Edits Exist | Select this checkbox and Dayforce doesn't initialize when edits exist in a plan. |
