In order for users to have access to the mobile app, they must be assigned the appropriate role features. Role features are assigned in System Admin > Roles.
Before You Begin: Before you assign Mobile role features, users must also be assigned the appropriate role features, access authorizations, and workflows in the main application.
To assign Mobile role features:
- In System Admin > Roles, select the role to which you want to assign access to the mobile app and then click the Features tab. Dayforce shows the features that you can assign to the role. Features already assigned are selected
- Select the checkbox next to the Mobile feature, and any subfeatures you want to assign to the role. The Mobile feature has several subfeatures. Select the top-level feature and then assign subfeatures as needed, for either the manager or employee roles. See Mobile.
- Click Save.
