Benefits administrators and managers or other users that need to access employee benefit information must be assigned the necessary access.
Assign role authorizations in the Authorizations tab of System Admin > Roles. See Configure User Role Authorizations.
To enable access to employee benefit, payroll, and employee dependent and beneficiary information:
- Go to System Admin > Roles and select a user role in the sidebar.
- In the Authorizations tab, set permissions by selecting one or more of the Can Create, Can Read, Can Update, or Can Delete checkboxes for the following authorizations:
- Employee Benefit Information
- Employee Dependent Beneficiary
- Employee Dependent Verification
- Employee Pay Information (only Can Read permission is required)
- Employee Payroll Elections
- Click Save.
