Assign Access to Skills Management

In the Features tab of System Admin > Roles, assign administrators the following role features to give them access to the skills management functionality in Dayforce.

Role features used for skills management

Role Feature	Purpose
Skills > Job Assignment Skills	Gives administrators access to the Skills > Job Assignment Skills feature, where they can associate skills with job assignments.
Skills > Skills Library	Gives administrators access to the Skills > Skills Library feature, where they can manage the list of custom and system-generated skills used throughout Dayforce.
Skills Setup > Skill Levels	Gives administrators access to the Skill Setup > Skill Levels feature, where they can customize the labels for skill proficiency levels throughout Dayforce.
