As an administrator, you can view and track the progress for all active assessments for your organization in the Assessments feature.
Before You Begin: The Assessments feature is also used by assessors to complete their assessments. When you go to the feature, you see either the assessor view or the administrator view, depending on whether you’re assigned access to Assessments Setup. For more information about the assessor experience, see Assessment Management in the Manager Guide.

When you open the Assessments feature, the home page shows a list of all active assessments. You can search or filter for an assessment in the list and then open it to view more details. The details screen shows you the status for individual employee assessments and lets you view the questions and the submitted responses for each employee.
The Assessments home page also shows the following cards to help you focus on key information:
- Action required: Shows assessments that are due and overdue.
- Assessments in progress: Shows assessments that are waiting to be completed.
- Assessments finalized: Shows assessments that were completed.
