All Scheduled Time Entry Qualifier

The All Scheduled Time Entry Qualifier restricts a rule based on whether an employee clocked in for all of their scheduled shifts during the week, and whether their clock entries were within a certain number of minutes from their scheduled start and end times.

For example, by attaching this qualifier to an overtime rule, you could configure Dayforce so that only employees who clocked in fewer than fifteen minutes late for all of their scheduled shifts receive overtime.

All Scheduled Time Entry Qualifier settings
Setting Description
Allowed minutes for late time in entry The number of minutes an employee can clock in late for a shift and still qualify for the associated rule. For example, enter 5 to restrict the rule to employees who clocked in no later than five minutes after their scheduled start time.
Allowed minutes for early time out entry The number of minutes an employee can clock out early for a shift and still qualify for the associated rule. For example, enter 10 to restrict the rule to employees who clocked out no earlier than ten minutes before their scheduled end time.
Invert output Clear the checkbox and the associated rule only runs when employees clock in for all of their shifts, and when their clock entries fall within the specified threshold. Select this checkbox and the reverse is true; the rule only runs when employees didn't clock in for all of their shifts, or if their clock entries weren't within the specified number of minutes from their scheduled start and end times.
