The Aggregate Base Rate Transactions and Employee Statistics for PDM background job aggregates all base rate transactions and employee statistics that are active before your organization’s past-dated calculation limit (configured using the Engine past-dated calculation limit (months) client property in the Time and Attendance section of the Properties tab in System Admin > Client Properties). This ensures that changes to base rates and employee statistics are calculated properly, even if the records no longer exist.
