The Additional Questions tab in Performance Setup > Review Setup is split into two sections. The top section, called Additional Questions, is where you add new questions. The bottom section, called Answer Configuration, is where you add answer options for the selected question:
In the preceding example, the administrator has created a number of questions for rating an employee's core competencies.
Answers are specific to the question that's selected from the top section of the screen. Each question has a separate set of answers.
Note: After a question is added to a review form, it can't be edited. However, an administrator can remove it from all forms to make it editable again.
