Add a Logo or Signature

You can upload logos and signature images that are shown on benefit summaries, earning statements, and US checks in Site Setup > Client, in the Images tab.

When you add a logo or signature image, you can select one of the following Image Type choices for the image:

  • Benefit Summary Logo
  • Check Signature US: This option is available for the United States only. This option is used for normal and additional checks, as well as onsite checks that don't use pre-printed check stock. This option also allows you to add an image of a signature to be used when you print onsite checks using pre-printed onsite check stock. See Org Payroll Setup > Legal Entity and Client Properties - Payroll.
  • Client Branding Logo: This option shows as the branded logo in the toolbar if Dayforce is configured to show it. See Brand the Application.
  • Compensation Logo
  • ESS Earning Statement Canada
  • ESS Earning Statement Legal Entity: This option allows you to assign a logo that can override any logo assigned to a country in Org Setup > Org Payroll Setup > Legal Entity, where logo names are set up in images and available for selection.
  • ESS Earning Statement US
  • Login Screen Logo
  • Performance Logo
  • Printed Earning Statement Logo US: This option also shows as the employer logo on printed checks.
  • Recruiting Logo

Each image type is subject to specific criteria:

  • Check Signature US images and Printed Earning Statement US logo images must be in JPG or PNG format.
  • Dimensions for Check Signature US images and Printed Earning Statement US logo images must be 600 x 225 pixels with a resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch).

Note: For best results, you should upload black and white images for printed earning statement logos, check signatures, and check logos.
