Add Safety and Health Incident Records

To add a safety and health incident record, you must complete the General and Date and Time sections. You can also complete the Health Details and Hospital Information sections, and add notes.

To add a safety and health incident:

  1. Go to People, open the employee profile, and click Employment > Safety and Health Records.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Complete the fields in each section. See Safety and Health Incident Settings.
  4. Click Save. Dayforce generates a case number for the record which is shown in the Case Number field.
