Overall comments sections require users to add a comment to the review form.
Before You Begin: You can add only one overall comment section to a review form.
To add an overall comment section to a review form:
- In the Sections tab, click New and select Overall Comments.
- Enter a value in the Name field, which has a 64 character limit.
- This value defines the name that is displayed in the section header in the review form.
- Enter a description of the section in the Description field. This value isn’t user facing.
- Enter instructions for the section in the Instruction Text field. This value defines the text that is displayed in the blue text box under the section heading.
- Select the Overall comments required checkbox to make filling out this section mandatory for users. Leave the checkbox blank to allow users to not fill out the section.
- Click Save.
