In Site Setup > Client, you can add logosand check signatures to be printed on the checks that Dayforce produces.
The following types of images are available and may have special requirements:
- Check Signature US images and Printed Earning Statement US logo images must be in JPG or PNG format.
Dimensions for the images and logo must be 600 x 225 pixels with a resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch).
Note: This type of image is only used if your company prints onsite checks on blank check stock. - Dayforce Client Banking pay their employees directly out of their company bank acount.
To add logos and check signatures:
- Go to Site Setup > Client.
- Click the Images tab.
- Click Add.
- Enter a name and, optionally, a description of the image.
- In the Image Type drop-down list, select one of the following options:
- Benefit Summary Logo: Displayed on benefit summaries as the logo. The benefit summary logo must be in JPG or PNG format.
- Check Signature US: Displayed on US physical checks as the signature. The check signature must be in JPG or PNG format, must be 600 x 225 pixels, and must have a resolution of 300 DPI.
- ESS Earning Statement Canada: Displayed on Canadian self-service earning statements as the logo. Canadian earning statement logos must be in JPG or PNG format, must be 600 x 450 pixels, and must have a resolution of 600 DPI.
- ESS Earning Statement Legal Entity: Displayed on online earning statements as the logo. This image can be assigned to a legal entity in Org Setup > Org Payroll Setup > Legal Entity in the Earning Statement Logo column. This setting does not have size requirements; Dayforce automatically scales the image.
- ESS Earning Statement US: Displayed on US self-service earning statements and printed checks as the logo. US earning statement logos must be in JPG or PNG format, must be 600 x 450 pixels, and must have a resolution of 600 DPI.
- Printed Earning Statement US: Displayed on US printed earning statements as the logo. US printed earning statement logos must be in JPG or PNG format, must be 600 x 225 pixels, must have a resolution of 300 DPI, and must be black and white.
- In the Start Date field, enter the date that the application starts using the image. The application only uses the uploaded image during its effective date range.
- (Optional) In the End Date field, enter the effective end date.
- In the Image section, click the Edit Image drop-down list and then click Upload.
- Browse to the location of the image you want to upload and click Open.
- Preview the image in the Image section.
- Click Save, and then click Refresh.
