To add an attendance rule policy:
- Go to Pay Setup > Attendance and click the Attendance Rule Policy tab.
- Click Add. Dayforce opens a slide-out panel where you can configure your attendance rule policy details.
- In the General section, enter a name and, optionally, a description of the policy.
- (Optional) In the Reference Code field, enter a cross-reference code. This code must be unique and must not contain special characters.
- Click Save.
Next, you must add attendance rulesets.
