Issue Recommendation
“Page cannot be displayed” is shown when navigating to Dayforce
  • Verify the scope of the problem by attempting to access other web sites. Try www.google.com.
  • Attempt to access Dayforce from other locations or computers.
  • Verify with your network provider that there are no known network issues.
“File or directory not found” is shown when navigating to Dayforce
  • Verify you are using the correct link. Typically, this error occurs when the path specified in the link doesn’t exist. For example, the link specified was http://client.dayforce.com/invalidpage.aspx.
  • To avoid navigating to old or invalid links, it’s recommended that you clear your browsing history from time to time.
“Forbidden: Access is Denied” is shown when navigating to Dayforce Ensure that you are using SSL by specifying “HTTPS” as part of the link in your browser address bar.
When attempting to log in to Dayforce I receive “Authentication Error: Account is not approved yet.” Follow up with your help desk representative to ensure that your account has been activated.
I can log in to Dayforce, but I can’t see anyone on my team Follow up with your help desk representative to ensure that you are given the appropriate access to your team.
Shortly after logging in, I receive the following error and am logged out: “System Date is not consistent with the Server Date.” Check that the date and time, including time zone, is set correctly on your PC.

To determine the Dayforce version number, click the user icon and click About:
