View and Filter Time Away Requests

The clock shows a number of filters in the Time Off List feature that correspond to the statuses available for requests for time away from work. For example, you can choose to view only the pending requests for your employees.

To view requests:

  1. In the self-service home screen, tap Time Off List. The clock shows the requests from employees you manage:

  3. Do any of the following:
    • To view requests from a specific location, tap the Org Unit filter and select a location. The clock shows all locations, by default.
    • To view requests based on their status, tap the Status filter and select one of the following options:
      • All
      • Approved
      • Canceled
      • Cancellation Pending
      • Denied
      • Pending
    • Depending on your status selection, the clock shows either the Action, Approve, or Deny button, and occasionally no actionable button. The Approve and Deny buttons, when available, allow you to mass-approve or deny several requests at the same time. For example, if you select the Denied status, the clock shows the Approve button which you can tap to approve all of the selected denied requests. Alternatively, if you select the Approved status, the clock shows the Deny button which you can tap to deny all of the selected approved requests.
    • When a combination of requests are selected, or when you select the All, Cancellation Pending, or Pending status, the clock shows the Action button, which you can tap to either approve or deny the selected requests.
