In the Messages feature, you can view any messages and system alerts that have been sent to you. To access your messages, in the self-service home screen, tap the Messages button. The application shows your inbox in the Messages screen:
On the right side of the screen, you can tap and drag your finger to scroll through the list of your messages. To search for older messages, tap the search field and enter text to narrow down your results.
To view your draft, sent, and deleted messages, tap the Show filter button in the bottom left corner of the screen and select an option.
To filter between read, unread, and all messages, tap the Show filter button in the middle of the screen and select a filter.
To refresh your message list, tap Refresh.
