View Employee Information

In the Employees feature, you can view information about your employees, such as their contact information, upcoming and recent shifts, and time away.

To view an employee’s information:

  1. On the self-service home screen, tap Employees.
  2. In the search field, enter an employee name and select an employee in the list.
  3. Note: The results list contains only employees that you manage.
  4. The clock shows the employee’s information, including their name, badge number, and hire date:

  6. Additionally, the application shows a filter button that you can tap to view the employee’s recent shifts, upcoming shifts, and upcoming time away from work. Tap the Show button, and select Recent Shifts, Upcoming Shifts, or Upcoming Time Away.
  7. With the appropriate role access, you can view the employee’s time away from work balances. Tap the Balances button (if available) to view the employee’s balances:
