Test Clock Communication

You can test your Dayforce Clock Pro’s network connection in admin mode.

To test your clock’s communication:

  1. Go to the Administrator Mode screen.
  2. Tap Test Clock Communication.
  3. The clock tests its connections and opens the Test Clock Communication screen to show the results. The clock marks successful tests with Connected, and marks unsuccessful tests with Unable to connect:
