You can test your Dayforce Touch Clock’s network connections right from the clock.
To test your clock’s communication:
- Go to the Administrator Mode screen.
- Tap Test Clock Communication.
- The clock tests its connections and opens the Test Communication screen to display the results. Successful tests are indicated by a green circle with a checkmark (); unsuccessful tests are indicated by a red circle with an X ().

You can expand each connection in the Test Communication screen to view the connection’s URL.
