Supervisor Function Configuration

The <function id="supervisor_menu"> section controls the functions that are available when users click the Supervisor Mode button to open the Supervisor Mode screen.

To enable access to these functions, you also need to enable the supervisor function in the <functions id="functions"> section of the clock’s config file. See Function Configuration.

local_employee_enroll	√		Enables the Local Employee Enroll button to grant clock access to employees who haven’t been onboarded yet in Dayforce. This functionality is useful in cases where organizations need to rapidly onboard a large number of new employees, and need them to perform clock entries before their employee records have been created in Dayforce.
enroll_raw_badge	√		Enables the Enroll Employee Badge button to enroll employee badges.
reset_pin	√		Enables the Reset PIN button to reset employee PINs.
transfer_menu		√	Enables the Transfer Selection button so that supervisors can initiate transfers on the employee’s behalf. When users click this button, the Transfer Selection dialog box opens. Your configuration in the `<functions id="transfer">` section dictates which transfer options the clock shows after users click the Transfer Selection button. See Transfer Function Configuration.
combined_transfer		√	Enables the Work Transfer button to override job assignment and location transfers.
docket_quantity		√	Enables the Docket Quantity button to override docket quantities.
docket_transfer		√	Enables the Docket Transfer button to override docket transfers. This function has an additional attribute: `quantity`: Controls whether or not a docket quantity must be entered.
project_transfer		√	Enables the Project Transfer button to override project transfers.
schedule_transfer	√	√	Enables the Schedule Transfer Override button to override schedule transfers for employees.
super_in_with_position_transfer	√	√	Enables an alternative Start Shift button to override employees’ clock entries that start their shift with a position transfer.
