On the Dayforce Clock Pro, you can manually submit the pictures that the clock captured during the photo enrollment process to Dayforce. The clock automatically submits photo templates at the interval or time specified in its config file, but you can also manually submit photo templates to Dayforce.
After the photo templates are added to the employee’s record in People, managers can select which of the three pictures to use as the employee’s stock photo.
To submit picture templates manually:
- Go to the Administrator Mode screen.
- Tap Server Synchronization. The Server Synchronization screen opens.
- Tap Update Photo Templates. The clock indicates that photo templates will be updated momentarily.
