Reset an Employee’s PIN (Dayforce Clock Pro Only)

To reset an employee’s PIN:

  1. Go to the Administrator Mode screen.
  2. Tap Reset PIN.
  3. Enter the employee’s badge number and tap Submit.
  4. Enter a new PIN for the employee and tap Submit.
  5. If successful, the clock indicates that the PIN has changed. If unsuccessful, the clock outlines the issue with your input.
