Reset an Employee’s PIN

To reset an employee’s PIN:

  1. Go to the Supervisor Mode screen.
  2. Tap Reset PIN.
  3. Enter the employee’s badge number and tap Enter.
  4. If you entered a valid employee badge number, the clock shows the Reset PIN screen.
  5. Enter a new PIN for the employee, and then re-enter it.
  6. Tap Enter.
  7. If successful, the clock indicates that the PIN has changed. If unsuccessful, the clock outlines the issue with your input.
