To reset an employee’s PIN:
- Go to the Supervisor Mode screen.
- Tap Reset PIN.
- Enter the employee’s badge number and tap Enter.
- If you entered a valid employee badge number, the clock shows the Reset PIN screen.
- Enter a new PIN for the employee, and then re-enter it.
- Tap Enter.
- If successful, the clock indicates that the PIN has changed. If unsuccessful, the clock outlines the issue with your input.
