Register the Dayforce Clock Pro

Before you can use the clock, you must complete registration. Do one of the following:

• To register the clock using the default registration URL, tap Register Now. The clock registers against the production environment URL (http://punch.dayforcehcm.com).
• To register the clock using a test URL, tap Connect to test. The clock registers against the test environment URL (http://testadmin.dayforcehcm.com).
• To register the clock using a different URL (for customers who are hosting Dayforce in their own environment), see Override the Registration URL.
• To view information about the clock, such as its MAC address, tap Clock Info.
• To configure networks, tap Network Setup. See Network Setup (Dayforce Clock Pro Only).

Override the Registration URL

To override the registration URL on the clock:

1. Go to the Administrator Mode screen.
2. Tap Override Registration URL. The clock opens the Override Registration URL screen and shows the default URL.
3. (Optional) In the drop-down list, select either http:// or https:// to configure the URL’s internet protocol.
4. Tap the text field to add the domain portion of the URL, or to edit it. To clear this portion of the URL before adding your own, tap the X.
5. (Optional) To revert to the default URL, tap Use Default URL.
6. Tap Save.
