Record a Schedule Transfer on the Clock+

Depending on how your Clock+ is configured, you might be able to perform schedule transfers. You can manually perform schedule transfers when you have schedule segments associated with your shift. A segment represents a portion of the shift where your shift details change. For example, if you are typically assigned to more than one project per shift, each project might be represented by its own segment.

Unlike other transfer types, schedule transfers are preconfigured with shift details. When you have schedule transfers available, the segment details are read-only.

You can perform schedule transfers only after you’ve clocked in for your shift.

To record a schedule transfer:

1. Click Schedule Transfer. The clock shows the Schedule Transfer screen with all available segments:

3. Note: If you don’t have any schedule segments to transfer to, the clock indicates that there are no transfers available.
2. Click the schedule segment you want to transfer to.
3. Click Submit.
