Record Transfers on the Clock+

Depending on how your Clock+ is configured, you might be able to combine multiple transfers into a single transaction and submit them together or you might be able to submit single transfers only.

When you click the Transfers button, you will see one of the following screens, depending on whether you have been set up to record single transfers or multiple transfers.

Single Transfer Screen

If you see the following screen after clicking the Transfers button, use the Record a Single Transfer task below to add transfers at the clock:

If you see the following screen after clicking the Transfers button, use the Record a Multiple Transfer task below to add transfers at the clock:

Record a Single Transfer

To record a single transfer at the clock:

  1. On the home screen, click the Transfers button.
  2. When prompted, swipe your badge or type your badge number.
  3. Follow the prompts to perform any additional steps that your clock is configured for, such as biometric verification, PIN entry, or picture capture.
  4. The clock displays the types of transfers you can perform:
  5. Click the button corresponding to the type of transfer you want to perform. For example, to perform a docket transfer, click the Docket Change button.
  6. When prompted, provide details about the transfer. For example, if you are performing a project transfer, select the project you are transferring to.

Record a Multiple Transfer

To record a multiple transfer at the clock:

  1. On the home screen, click the Transfers button.
  2. When prompted, swipe your badge or type your badge number.
  3. Follow the prompts to perform any additional steps that your clock is configured for, such as biometric verification, PIN entry, and picture capture. The clock displays a list of the types of transfers you can perform.
  4. You can select each type, one at a time, and specify what you want to transfer for each one.
  5. Click the first type of transfer you want to perform. For example, to perform a docket transfer, click the Docket Change button.
  6. When prompted, provide details about the transfer. For example, if you are performing a docket transfer, enter the docket code and docket quantity when prompted.
  7. When you are finished selecting all of the items you want to transfer, click Submit to submit all of the transfers at once. In the following example, the user is submitting a transfer for both a docket (000123) and a project (001678):

Note: If any of the transfers are invalid, the application marks the whole transfer as a problem in the timesheet.
