Labor metric clock transfers allow you to accurately record specific work details during a shift for the purpose of labor tracking within your organization.
For example, as a customer service representative, you can create labor metric transfers to record the client ID numbers of customers that you helped during your shift. This provides your manager with an accurate record of who you helped, and how much time was spent with each.
To create a labor metric transfer on a clock:
- Tap the Labor Metrics Transfer button in the main menu. The clock shows the first labor metric type with a list of the associated codes.
- Select one of the codes in the list. Or, if you don’t want to assign a code for that metric type, select [None].
- Tap Enter. If you have multiple labor metric types configured in your time entry policy, the clock automatically opens the next type in the list. When you tap Enter for the last metric type, the clock entry is submitted and you are automatically returned to the main menu.
