From time to time, you might need to perform certain maintenance tasks that involve updating the clock’s software or restarting the clock. Use the maintenance functions that are available on the Dayforce Clock Pro in the Administrator Mode screen to keep your clock functioning properly.

| Software Update | By default, the clock automatically checks for software updates at the interval or time specified in its config file. However, you can also tap this button to manually check for software updates. |
| Clock Information | View information about the clock such as its IP address, its Wi-Fi MAC address, its ethernet MAC address, and the software versions that are installed on it. |
| Restart Clock | Restart the clock if it’s unresponsive. |
| Lock Screen |
Lock the screen so that you can clean the clock without accidentally interacting with the user interface. By default, the clock locks the screen for one minute. You can unlock the screen before the timeout elapses by touching and holding the Unlock button for two seconds. |
| Call Home | Manually run the "CallHome" thread to communicate with the admin server. |
