This guide describes how system administrators can set up the Dayforce Clock+ (formerly the HTML Clock) and how supervisors and employees can use the clocks to record their worked time.
Using the Clock+, employees can clock in and perform other tasks on a user-friendly interface. Similarly, managers can use the clock to override employee clock entries or submit shift details on their behalf.
The main clock functionality is found on the clock home screen:
Note: Depending on how the clock is configured, some of these functions might be unavailable.
From the home screen, users can also access different “modes” that provide additional functionality, such as administrator mode and supervisor mode. Each function and mode, including how to enroll employees for biometric verification and how to clock in for a shift, are described in the sections below.
