Using clock device groups, users can organize clock devices and the employees who can use them together in groups. You can configure clock device groups in Pay Setup > Clock Device Group.
To configure a clock device group:
- Go to Pay Setup > Clock Device Group.
- Click Add.
- Enter a name, description, and, if appropriate, reference code for the clock device group.
- Note: A reference code is required if you plan to assign employees to the clock device group via employee data mapping or HR Import. This code must be unique and must not contain special characters.
- Click Save.
